| Did a killer leg day, and ran 1 and a half miles super easy to shake out the lactic acid. Felt awful during run because I just got back from a movie and ate a whole ton of popcorn :P
My goal for tomorrow: Do chest,tricep and shoulder workout and increase weight, Run 4 miles fast,. I also really want to focus on stuff that I can control and not let other things worry me!! I also need to do my mental workout

So today was my first run back with the boys!! I've really missed actually running with someone. I was gonna go fast today but since I lifted I decided to take it a little slower, it was me Joe and Nate who went4. Yesterday I did pretty good!! I forgot to do core but that's cuz I lifted! I felt good lifting, I can obviously tell I'm getting stronger :P Durinf the run I didn't feel to good, it almost feels like acid reflex?? Idk
Tomorrows Goals: so tomorrow I'm going to run 4 fast miles and while I'm doing that when I feel like I want to slow down I want to say to myself "I can do this" and keep on pushing, I also want to stay plenty hydrated, Tomorrow I want to focus on the here and now. Also remember to do your core

| Today we had an actual legit practice, we all met at monarch and ran 4.5 miles, it was super windy. I had a fast tempo the last 2 miles at a 5:37 and a 5:17 to close.
Goals for tomorrow: we have a core workout with Barnes, I want to try and do everything with perfect form so I can get the most out of my workout

| ran 2.5 on the treadmill to get some miles in before we started the workout with Barnes, I feel like I did a really good job at doing the exercises right and a strong best as I could. My core is absolutely destroyed, so that's good :P I'm realizing now that I need to step it up on my daily core routine a little more.
My goal for tomorrow: tomorrow is a pre meet, so I wanna go nice and easy, stretch my legs super well, keep the thoughts positive w mental exercises and do core

| Alright today was our first indoor meet at byu, I warmed up and cooled down outside because it was literally 8 degrees outside. I was in the second fastest heat of the mile ranked 9th, my seed time was a 4:37 I honesetly though the I was stretching it cuz my miles have been low compared to last year so I was probably going into it think about a 4:40 maybe a tad faster if I was lucky. Some of the West lake guys where in my heat as well as a sky ridge guy (we race against each other all the time). I honestly have no idea what my lap splits where but I started out towards the back and each lap worked my way up, passed the leader with a lap to go, and ended up winning my heat with a 4:35 I was honestly shocked I was able to race that fast. Next week imma do the 800 and 3200 probably to see where I'm at. I'm gonna stay at 20 miles most of indoor and lift like crazy so I can build some muscle. My goals for this week are to stay on top of my miles (cuz I was low this week) and start taking better care of my body (rolling out, eating, sleeping)
