ran 2.5 on the treadmill to get some miles in before we started the workout with Barnes, I feel like I did a really good job at doing the exercises right and a strong best as I could. My core is absolutely destroyed, so that's good :P I'm realizing now that I need to step it up on my daily core routine a little more.
My goal for tomorrow: tomorrow is a pre meet, so I wanna go nice and easy, stretch my legs super well, keep the thoughts positive w mental exercises and do core
