Did a killer leg day, and ran 1 and a half miles super easy to shake out the lactic acid. Felt awful during run because I just got back from a movie and ate a whole ton of popcorn :P
My goal for tomorrow: Do chest,tricep and shoulder workout and increase weight, Run 4 miles fast,. I also really want to focus on stuff that I can control and not let other things worry me!! I also need to do my mental workout
