So today was my first run back with the boys!! I've really missed actually running with someone. I was gonna go fast today but since I lifted I decided to take it a little slower, it was me Joe and Nate who went4. Yesterday I did pretty good!! I forgot to do core but that's cuz I lifted! I felt good lifting, I can obviously tell I'm getting stronger :P Durinf the run I didn't feel to good, it almost feels like acid reflex?? Idk
Tomorrows Goals: so tomorrow I'm going to run 4 fast miles and while I'm doing that when I feel like I want to slow down I want to say to myself "I can do this" and keep on pushing, I also want to stay plenty hydrated, Tomorrow I want to focus on the here and now. Also remember to do your core
