This run was the first run of footlocker training!! Haven't run for 6 days because Coach told me to take a break. I actually felt awful but went fast anyways. My legs hurt all over (knees, ankles and calfs) My breathing felt out of shape. We went up the grinder to Lehla and took the trail to emaline and then to mirabella then back to monarch.

After words played ultimate frisbee with the team. Legs feel 1 million times worse. I can tell I'm gonna be sore tomorrow. I feel ready to go fast mentally and kill it at footlocker. Wish TRACK would come sooner.
