It's been awhile since I've got on, but I feel like if I do this consistent it'll help me with running!! So Im camping at Anderson cove, got up at 6:30 kinda cold but I ran up snow basin road for 5 miles, it was super up hill. I pushed it on the way down and started hauling, fastest mile going down was 4:30, my 3 mile time was 14 flat, and my 5k was 14:37. Felt pretty good, I just wanna push it all the time so I can get into good shape. I'm ready for this season and hopefully my boys are ready to. If we play are cards right this'll be a season to remember.
