So today it snowed really bad so I couldn't go super fast, but I didn't really wanna go fast anyways cuz my legs have taken a beating and they need sometime to recover. I ended up going moderate, running a 7:02 average. Last 2 miles I went 6:37 and a 6:36, I feel really good and wished I coulda gone faster. I have a pre meet tomorrow so it'll be nice and slow 3 miles so I can kick some serious trash at USU on saturday.

Ran 1 mile nice and easy before our hardcore core workout ;P cuz Im keeping my mileage low. Felt really strong during the workout super happy that I can see results and coach barnes commented on it so he can obvioulsy tell im getting stronger too.

Today we met at rosecrest, to do a 4 mile run. It took me a little bit to get going so the 1st 2 miles where pretty moderate. Last 2 miles I started to pick it up a little, went from a 5:38 to a 5:14. I didnt feel super good today but Its probably just cuz of plyometrics yesterday.
